How it works
When a delivery fails because of GoGoHungry — our platform or operations — and not because of incorrect address details, an unreachable customer, or similar customer-side issues, you are covered under this guarantee.
In that case, you receive 200% of what you paid as a refund, and we will comp the same food you ordered.
What qualifies
- The failure must be verified as being on our side.
- Wrong address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery does not qualify.
- Each case is reviewed by our support team before the guarantee is applied.
What you receive
- 2x refund — twice the order value you paid is refunded.
- Free meal — the same items from your order, subject to availability at the canteen.
How to claim
Contact our support team at contact@gogohungry.xyz with your order details. We respond within 36 hours and will verify eligibility before processing your refund and replacement.
What this does not cover
- Orders cancelled or refused by the customer after confirmation.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or campus access restrictions outside our control.
