- Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled at this stage of the product.
- We strive to deliver every meal fresh, on time, and exactly as ordered.
- Additional order-management options (cancellations/modifications) will roll out in future releases.
Payments
- UPI is the accepted payment method right now.
- Please verify that your UPI transaction succeeds to avoid order delays.
Refund Policy
Confirmed orders are currently non-refundable. We are building additional tooling to enable partial or full refunds in the future and will share updates as soon as the feature is live.

User Conduct
- Provide accurate profile and delivery information while ordering.
- Fraudulent payments, spam, or abusive behaviour will lead to suspension.
